Noise levels from the street are disruptive!!! The confusing key system made accessing different areas a hassle. Temperature control issues led to uncomfortable nights, and the plumbing noises were quite unsettling!!!

what a letdown, i expected impeccable service at this 'luxury' hotel. the spa was a complete disaster, utterly useless in my room. also, who thought it was okay for the tv not to include any english channels? i almost thought about leaving a good review, but in the end, it just couldn’t happen.

While the sound insulation is generally good, a bit of street noise could be heard at times. the mattress might be a tad too firm for some guests.
